Damp Woods

I was kind of hoping some of last night’s snow would have stuck around in the woods, but alas it was just damp this morning with some drizzle and occasional peeks of sunshine. But I had taken my A7Sii along with a Helios 44-2 (58mm, f/2) on a macro helicoid adapter so I decided to make the best of it- I have been tweaking my computer to get a little more performance out of Lightroom (moving my catalog to a new, superfast NVME drive and my current pictures to a speedy SSD, amongst other things) and I wanted some pictures to play with.

Nothing earthshattering, but I kind of like some of these and was very happy for a greyish winters day 🙂
