New tooth

So I finally have a new tooth to replace the one that had to come out due to bone loss (my dad always said the one thing he regretted passing on was his awful British teeth).

It’s the lower front right incisor, and they have made me a “flipper” to replace it; it’s just held in with tension and friction, but I have to say I am incredibly impressed at how comfortable it is right away. I may have a bit of a lisp for a while while I get used to it, but that’s a small price to pay 😁
