Forget worrying about who’s open or working on Thanksgiving- we seem to have gone straight from Hallowe’en to Christmas 

It’s November 4th and in one commercial break I’ve just seen Christmas ads from Target, Home Depot and the US Post Office! Do we really need to start these with 50 days still to go?
