In the Maxjet Lounge at Stansted

You’ve probably realized that I’m putting these all together now I have
decent internet access.Malcolm was kind enough to allow us to use his computer and dsl connection
in the cottage, but I had to download the pictures to a memory stick to
plug into his cpu to get them on line, so I decide to wait till I had
better access to put up the rest.There are more to come of our last couple of days in London, but I thought
I’d take a break to say a little about the lovely Maxjet Lounge we are
currently sitting in.We dropped off the car (way too early of course- I always do that), and got
through security etc. with three hours to kill, so here we sit, Crispy
playing Gameboy, Jake on the other laptop and me doing this. It’s very
comfy with free wireless internet, plugs for the laptops, and lots of
snacks, drinks etc of all kinds.It’s now 1305 and they’ve just made the last call for the Maxjet flight to
Washington (the plane in the background out the window), so we’ll
hopefully be boarding in about an hour. If you’re gonna have to sit and
wait it’s best to do it in comfort!
